NCC, LPC, ADHD-CCSP

Morgan Simpson graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2022. She went on to earn her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from East Texas A&M University.
Morgan discovered her passion for helping others through volunteering with the Epiphany program at Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church from 2014 to 2017, where she provided respite care for individuals with developmental disabilities. She also volunteered with the Vickery Meadows Summer Reading Academy and tutored at McShan Elementary School.
From 2017 to 2022, Morgan volunteered at Spectra Therapies, where she facilitated social skills groups for young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), social anxiety, and/or ADHD. She helped children develop turn-taking skills, initiate conversations, and build friendships while facilitating social skills groups for young children. These experiences contributed to her specialized training and clinical focus as an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist and ADHD Clinical Services Provider. Morgan also has a passion for supporting children and adolescents navigating loss and is a Child and Adolescent Grief Counseling Specialist.
Morgan currently works part-time as a psychometrist at The Dallas Cognitive Wellness Center, a role she has held since August 2022. In this position, she administers psychological and academic assessments for children and adolescents under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. She also completed an internship at Texas Health Behavioral Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas, where she worked with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use, and schizophrenia.
Morgan is committed to walking alongside her clients as they navigate life’s challenges, providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for self-discovery. She recognizes the uniqueness of each individual and tailors her therapeutic interventions accordingly, using an eclectic approach that incorporates Person-Centered Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Play Therapy.
In her personal time, Morgan enjoys cooking, creating art, practicing yoga, playing tennis, and spending quality time with friends, family, and her two dogs.
