Gibranna (Gigi) Muñoz

LMSW-Associate, Supervised by David Marsden, LCSW-S (Bilingual)

Gibranna is a bilingual Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Texas at El Paso and her Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Gibranna has experience working with adults in inpatient settings and with children, adolescents, and adults in community mental health settings. She has supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, and substance use. As a bilingual therapist, Gibranna is passionate about creating a welcoming space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered throughout their healing journey. Her work with the Hispanic community has deepened her passion for expanding access to mental health care and reducing the stigma around seeking support.

Gibranna believes that every client is the expert in their own life and values meeting clients where they are. She takes a person-centered approach to therapy while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build on their strengths and create meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of the therapy room, Gibranna enjoys traveling, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, practicing Pilates, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
